Caryn has been my account manager for the Alumni portfolio on ey.com, while I managed content. The Alumni group is extremely active, dynamic and there is quite a huge volume of content and video updates that are promoted on the website at regular intervals. As the project manager, Caryn has been a significant support for managing heavy volumes and aligning client expectations. She is also very organized and process-oriented, which makes it easy to manage projects. Despite the difference in our time zones, we have managed deliverables and launches with efficiency.
