Caryn managed the entire group my support team was a part of at About.com, and was not just a great leader but also an incredible communications beacon and resource for our whole staff. She went out of her way to not only make sure that day-to-day operations ran smoothly and efficiently, but also that everyone was being fully utilized and morale was high.
