How to find a good exterminator for bed bugs
If you do not have a trusted exterminator, the best way to find one who can help you with bed bugs is to ask for references. Call those references and ask questions.
• Was the exterminator able to get rid of the bed bugs?
• How many treatments did it take? Two or more is expected.
• Did the exterminator give clear instructions as to what the occupant needed to do to help the process?
• Was the exterminator responsive and helpful with follow up visits?
You want an exterminator who has experience with bed bugs because they are such a challenge to treat. Also ask references about the exterminator’s sensitivity to their situation as a bed bug sufferer. You want a PMP who understands the emotional strain that bed bugs can put on a person.
